Levitä kärjen alapintaan.

Kiinnitä ohut PVC levy tai pahvi/viilu muovissa kärjen alle.

Jos tahna on löysä niin ulkoreunan rajoittimeksi PVC muotti.

Epoxitahnaa kärken päälle.

Epoxin jähmettyä klöntin muotoilee helposti viilalla ja hiomapapereilla, alkaen karkeudella "80".

Carve tip sharp for more surface for the epoxy to stick to.

Mix epoxy paste = add filler to get ketchup consistence.

Spread paste on underside of tip.

Attach thin PVC or plastic covered cardboard/veneer.

If the paste is thin use PVC piece for rim.

Let epoxy set.

Coarse file + sandpaper finish.
